The mere fact that a User visits the  Site does not automatically register any personal data which identify User.

Notwithstanding the above, De Castro Gabinete Jurídico may request personal data from User in order to use certain Contents or Services. De Castro Gabinete Jurídico will provide User with the necessary information so that the latter can provide his/her prior consent, in order for De Castro Gabinete Jurídico to proceed with the processing of his/her personal data and to include them in the relevant files owned by De Castro Gabinete Jurídico
